Isolators
Isolators are mechanical safety devices designed for system isolation. In the open position, they ensure safe and desired isolation, making them invaluable for various purposes such as maintenance, repairs, and similar activities that necessitate disconnecting a system from the primary circuit. SRI provides double-break center-rotating polymeric isolators with voltage ratings ranging from 11kV to 33kV and current ratings of 400A, 630A, 800A, and 1250A.
SRI’s isolators have undergone type testing in accordance with IS/IEC standards at CPRI and ERDA, successfully passing all required primary and supplementary tests.
Air Break Switches
The AB Switch is a crucial component in all overhead power transmission lines, serving to establish or break the connection between a specific section of overhead cable and a transformer from the primary power distribution line.
SRI offers a range of GOAB switches designed to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients. Our GOAB switches are available in various configurations, including single-break and gang-operated switches.
