Shri Raj Kumar Ladia, Chairman of Shree Radhe Industries, is a seasoned engineer with 35 years of experience in the Power Insulator industry. He played key leadership roles at Aditya Birla Insulators and Modern Insulators, earning prestigious awards for export excellence. He’s also the founder of KTHL, a successful power transmission hardware manufacturer operating in 17 Indian states.

Vishal Ladia serves as the Director of Shree Radhe Industries, overseeing business development, contracts, and operations. He holds a top-ranking certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and brings valuable experience from his tenure at Tata Consultancy Services. His expertise in the power sector is enriched by his involvement with the transmission line hardware manufacturing unit, ‘KTHL.’
