The manufacturing facility is much ahead of the times in terms of facilities, technology and scalability which gives the company an exceptional process flow right from crimping to packing. The unit is fully equipped with latest European injection moulding machines and crimping machines having acoustic sensor and computerized pressure force controls. Also the storage facility which follows the just in time inventory management process has the capacity to deliver product at the right time to the customer which ensures better planning of the material.
